What is a Nutrition Coach?

A nutrition coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their eating habits and overall health.

They assess clients' dietary needs, set personalized nutrition goals and create tailored meal plans. By educating their clients about nutrition, portion control, and food choices, nutrition coaches empower individuals to make informed decisions that lead to sustainable lifestyle changes.

Ultimately, a nutrition coach is a motivator and accountability partner, helping clients navigate the complexities of nutrition in a way that fits their unique lifestyle.

A nutrition coach and you work as a team to figure out why you eat the foods you do, how you feel about food, at what time you eat, how you feel about your body, and so much more.

Now let's get into the the fun stuff!

My saying is "Small changes is all it takes for life-long change."

I truly mean that. Making small changes a little at a time helps build new behaviors that will last. The problem with Diets is most, not all, have you make drastic changes to your intake of food or your lifestyle. Most people quit the diet because it's too hard to sustain a drastic change.

With my method of coaching, it is the little changes you won't even mind making that will empower you to succeed in your weight loss journey or goal to live a healthy lifestyle for the long-term.

Did you know that it takes an average of 60 to 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. This variation can differ significantly from person to person. That's why I don't have a standard "One Method Fits All". Each of my clients are different and that is what I love. My coaching is always changing and keeps me on my toes!

If you’re ready to commit and team up with me, but not totally sure if having a nutrition coach like me is a right fit for you. Then ask yourself if you have ever heard anyone or you say the following.

  • "I want to lose weight."

  • "I'm overweight."

  • "I want to lose weight."

  • "I wish I could fit in my old jeans again."

  • "I wish I could be eating healthier."

  • "I'll start eating healthy on New Years Day."

Don't worry, you are not the only person that feels that way and it's not your fault. All you need is a coach to show you the way with your commitment to change.

I invite you to become a member of Cruz To Wellness to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle.
